Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Warehouse Manager to be based out of our Cartersville, GA location. Reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager, this person will manage and coordinate all warehouse functions for the Cartersville, GA location, including safety programs, receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. The DC operation is presently 24 hours across three shifts M-F, with occasional Saturday work. This position will lead a department of approximately 5 salary and 60-80 frontline workers. This is a critical, and high-profile role leading the newest Distribution Center in Atkore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience, with 7 years at the management level. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is desired. What you'll do:
