Job Summary/Objective:
The Integrated Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for working cross-functionally to lead and develop marketing campaigns and messaging strategies for market segments important to Southwire. This role will be responsible for developing and deploying content targeting the various audiences across the sales cycles to drive demand and lead generation, and preference for the Southwire brand. This includes broader messaging, communicating the "One Southwire" value propositions, as well as curating and coordinating applicable content to each of the audiences identified.
This position requires cross-functional leadership between internal and external business groups, including channel marketing, digital marketing, creative shared services, finance, and sales, as well as outside vendors, to ensure a desired outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns in alignment with key business priorities, budget, and brand and customer needs.

* Understand and lead the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice, and approach of all marketing efforts.

* Collaborate with sales, product, and business leaders to identify and implement marketing campaigns focused on driving demand and lead generation for targeted market segments and audiences.

* Manage the execution elements of the optimal integrated marketing mix including advertising, web marketing, collateral, case studies, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, thought leadership, etc.

* Develop and track KPIs of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new areas of opportunity for great impact.

* Develop deliverables and report out on overall success of impact through marketing channels

* Work cross functionally with Product and Channel teams to strategically sync campaigns with product and channel initiatives.

* Build knowledge of Southwire brands, products, services, and markets to serve as an advisor within the business.
