Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, as well as supervising the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.

* Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.

* Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.

* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Baxter and Federal Trade Zone requirements. Serve as the point of contact for warehouse audits.

* Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse department budget. Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality or safety.

* Transportation and Logistics: Manage transportation and distribution of products, including coordination with third-party logistics suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers.

Qualifications

* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.

* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.

* Other Requirements: Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
