Job Description: Job Description: Short term assignment for now. Showroom greeter, high level customer facing, assist customer with what they are needing, Assist with other office tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Prepare literature packages. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Maintain bid follow-up system. Address "Thank You" cards for whole house selections. Computer experience, outlook, email, teams and calendar. Attire is business casual- NO JEANS Qualifications: High school degree required. Experience in sales and customer service. High level retail experience would be acceptable. Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm 1 hour unpaid lunch -will discuss time more in interview.
