The pay range for this position is $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. Summary/Primary Purpose: The Camp Kroc Lead Counselor holds the primary responsibility of leading and monitoring summer day camp activities in an assigned group at The Salvation Army Kroc Center. The Lead Counselor is accountable for the oversite of part-time Camp Counselors and Junior Aides as directed by the Youth & Education Manager. Responsibilities also include the ongoing supervision, equipment care, and promotion of all programs related to Camp Kroc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversite of part-time Camp Counselors and Junior Aides assigned to the same group as directed by the Youth & Education Manager. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and experience in working with children. |
