The Best Players Need the Best People. SCOPE/POSITION OVERVIEW Paralegal supports attorneys in high volume transactional legal matters. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred Prior work experience in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required Previous experience with corporate contracts preferred Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word required RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Provide regular support for PGA TOUR's digital platforms, including the preparation, review and negotiation of vendor agreements and insertion orders. Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements for PGA TOUR-sanctioned tournaments, including title sponsorship, facilities and tournament agreements. Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contractual arrangements, including: marketing agreements, vendor agreements, ticketing and hotel agreements, leases, independent contractor, consulting, and other business arrangements of the PGA TOUR, as directed. Support PGA TOUR Gaming, including on compliance and reporting matters. Assist with other legal matters across the various business divisions of the PGA TOUR. Special Projects or other duties as assigned.
